The final quarter of 2017 was the strongest for the Belfast office market in two years. The growth brought last year’s total take-up office space to 430,290 sq.ft. Northern Ireland house prices rise to £131,989 average

The average house price in Northern Ireland rose by 2% last year to £131,989. The province is still one of the cheapest places to purchase a property in the UK. According to Nationwide Building Society, property prices in the UK ended 2017 2.6% higher. For the first time in 13 years, London was the weakest-performing region.
